At The Cornish Nook, every candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and intention. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we’re always here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Returns

As our candles are handmade and often purchased as personal or gift items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

However, under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused

• Unlit

• In its original packaging

• In a resalable condition

To request a return, please email us at [your email address] within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will happily offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Gift cards

• Used or lit candles

• Sale or discounted items
